Master Trainers in the CANDOR Method
The method scales through people. Master Trainers are certified to bring the CANDOR Method to organizations: to implement the Executives program with leadership teams, and to train an organization's own team members to become Certified Facilitators.
What a Master Trainer does
A Master Trainer is not a facilitator who has seen the slides. It is someone who can teach the method, model it under pressure, and tell when a participant has it and when they do not. Three responsibilities come with the credential.
Bring the method to organizations
Master Trainers in the CANDOR Method are certified by Compassion 2.0 to introduce and implement the method with client organizations.
Implement the Executives program
Master Trainers deliver the CANDOR Method for Executives directly to leadership teams.
Train Certified Facilitators
Master Trainers train an organization's own team members to become Certified Facilitators, who then deliver the Managers program internally. That is how the method outlasts the engagement.
Master Trainers and Certified Facilitators
Master Trainers are certified by Compassion 2.0. They bring the method to organizations, implement the Executives program, and train Certified Facilitators.
Certified Facilitators are an organization's own team members, trained by a Master Trainer. They deliver the Managers program internally and sustain the method after the engagement.
